After gaining several years of experience in the finance department of the city of Tienen, and subsequently serving as manager of the Notarishuis in Tienen, Ludo Stouthuyzen founded his own firm, LTC Vastgoedadvies, in 1990. This real estate agency quickly became a well-established name in the region and far beyond. With the arrival of his son Jonas and partner Barbara in 2006, the continuity and family-oriented nature of the firm are assured for the future. Today, we can say that thanks to word-of-mouth, excellent service, and a solid reputation, LTC Vastgoedadvies is the go-to real estate agency for the Flemish Brabant region and parts of Limburg.
